Initial Perimenopause & Menopause Visit – $150
Evaluation and support for symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep changes, mood swings, low libido, and cycle changes. Focus on personalized, evidence-based, FDA-approved HRT when appropriate. (60 min)
Follow-Up Perimenopause & Menopause Visit – $85
Review progress, discuss symptoms, address side effects, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. (30 min)

Initial Primary Care Visit – $150
Covers common concerns such as fatigue, thyroid issues, blood pressure checks, upper respiratory symptoms, and general wellness needs. (60 min)
Follow-Up Primary Care Visit – $85
Check in on your progress, review new or ongoing symptoms, and adjust your care plan as needed. We’ll talk through what’s improved, what’s changed, and next steps to keep you feeling your best. (30 min)
Annual Wellness Exam – $125
For new or existing patients. Includes preventive screenings such as pap smear, breast exam, and mammogram referrals when indicated. (60 min)

Initial GYN Visit – $150
Evaluation and treatment for irregular, heavy, or missed periods, pelvic pain, vaginal symptoms, possible PCOS, and other gynecologic concerns. (60 min)
Follow-Up GYN Visit – $85
Review progress, discuss symptom changes, address any new concerns, and adjust your care plan as needed. (30 min)

Who this visit is for
Women exploring new birth control options, needing ongoing support or refills, or scheduling IUD or Nexplanon procedures.
Visit types and pricing
Initial Birth Control Visit – $125
Discussion and guidance to help you choose the birth control method that fits your body, lifestyle, and goals. Includes non-hormonal options like diaphragms and spermicides, and hormonal methods like pills, patches, rings, Depo injections, IUDs, and Nexplanon implants. (60 min)
Follow-Up Birth Control Visit – $85
For continued support, prescription refills, and follow-up for all birth control methods. Includes IUD string checks, pill/patch/ring refills, Depo injections, and implant checks. (30 min)
Nexplanon Implant Insertion or Removal – $125
Placement or removal of the Nexplanon implant. Includes review of health history, what to expect, and supportive guidance through the procedure. (45 min)
IUD Insertion or Removal – $125
Placement or removal of IUDs, including Mirena, Liletta, Paragard, Skyla, or Kyleena. Includes review of health history, what to expect, and full support throughout the procedure. (45 min)

Everything from the standard initial visit, plus lab testing included at this appointment. We’ll review results, discuss treatment options, and create a personalized plan. (60 min)
Initial Visit without Labs – $150
Focused on your goals, lifestyle, and overall health. We’ll discuss medication options, progress expectations, challenges, and create a plan tailored to your needs. Lab testing is not included in this visit. (60 min)
Follow-Up Weight Management Visit – $85
A follow-up visit to review progress, adjust medications or lifestyle recommendations, and fine-tune your plan for continued success. These visits support ongoing results and keep your treatment aligned with your goals. Lab work is not included. (30 min)

Payment Options for Health Services
We strive to make our health clinic pricing and billing simple and transparent.
KS Women’s Health Clinic operates as a cash-pay practice, allowing us to spend more time with each patient and keep care accessible and transparent.

- We accept HSA/FSA, major debit, and credit cards.
- Payment is due at the time of service. To help keep care simple and transparent, payment must be received before the start of each visit.
- You will receive a detailed itemized receipt of visit services to submit to your HSA/FSA, or insurance for possible reimbursement if desired.
Lab and Prescriptions Billing
WITH INSURANCE AND WITHOUT
- During your visit, we’ll review your lab and medication options together. If you prefer, labs can be done through a partner lab or through KS Women’s Health Clinic.
- If having labs drawn through KS Women’s Health Clinic, prices will be reviewed before the lab is drawn and payment is due at time of service.
- Labs and prescriptions can go through your insurance if you choose.
- Lab results will be reviewed with you over the phone when the results are back or discussed with you at your next visit.
