Follow-Up Primary Care for Women Visit-$85
A follow-up visit is a chance to check in on your progress, review any ongoing concerns or new symptoms, and adjust your care plan as needed. We’ll discuss what’s working, what’s changed, and the next best steps to keep you feeling your best. (30min.)

New or Existing Patient Annual Wellness Exam-$125
Includes preventive screenings such as pap smear, breast exam, and mammogram referrals. (60 min.)
Book a New or Existing Patient Annual Wellness Exam if:
- You need a yearly exam with a pap smear
- You need a breast exam and/or mammogram
- You need a DEXA scan for bone density
